We know every minute counts when it comes to your evening, and our night skincare routine is speedy enough to slip easily into even the busiest of schedules. These tips will get you perfectly prepped for your beauty sleep, for skin that feels healthy, happy, and rested when the alarm clock goes off.
1. Double cleanse away your day
What’s more refreshing than cleansing the daily impurities from your face? Cleansing twice, right? Sounds like a chore but trust us, your skin will love you for it - and it’s so easy to slot it into your night skincare routine! This two-stage face washing process starts with a cleanser (usually oil-based) to dissolve make-up and dirt, followed by a second wash, to deep clean skin.
The cleaner your skin, the less irritation make-up can cause, and the quicker your toner, eye cream, and moisturiser can absorb and get to work (now we’re talking!). Try it once or twice a week as an add-on to your skincare routine. So, you can go to bed happy, knowing your skincare is working hard on its nightshift.
