Trainer-to-the stars, Kacy Duke – whose client list reads like red carpet who’s who – is among the world's most sought-after personal trainers and fitness consultants, and one of the co-founders of Equinox Fitness Clubs. Known for her insightful fitness training techniques for body and soul, she has developed numerous innovative fitness programs for Equinox and for corporations in North America, Japan, and throughout Europe. She has served as a spokesperson for Dove Deodorant, Kellogg's, Nike and LifeFitness vitamins. Kacy has appeared on national programs including Today, The Rachael Ray Show and Good Morning America Health, CBS Morning News, Good Housekeeping TV and countless local news programs. She is a frequent contributor to a number of high-profile publications including Elle, Essence, Fitness, In Style, Shape and Vogue and is the author of The Show It Love Workout (McGraw-Hill). She has just released “The Kacy Duke Diaries,” her healthy living webisode series and is producing a series of holistic group fitness classes which combine physical, mental and emotional exercises to help create a vibrant, beautiful body, inside and out. Kacy is also working on her next book, and developing her own line of fitness gear and clothing.
